Parental Rights

Protect the Family

Our dedication lies in safeguarding the cornerstone of our society: the institution of family. We firmly assert that parents possess the entitlement to raise their children in accordance with their own beliefs. This stance is rooted not only in our core values but also upheld by legal precedence. In the United States, the highest court has decreed that parents possess an inherent right to nurture their children in their own manner. This prerogative finds protection in various clauses of our Constitution, including the First, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

This right finds its embodiment not solely within the Constitution but also resonates in the teachings of the holy Bible. We uphold the conviction that the family constitutes the bedrock of our society, a divine establishment. Thus, when the Constitution's Preamble pledges to "secure the Blessings of Liberty and our Posterity," it inherently refers to the family unit.

Our unwavering conviction propels Blessings of Liberty to actively champion Parental Rights. Our inaugural sponsorship of the Parental Rights proclamation serves as a resolute testimony to our unyielding commitment, and we eagerly anticipate further advocacy aimed at preserving the sanctity of the family.

2025 Porterville Proclamation

Opt-Out of Gender Ideology & LGBTQ Agenda in Schools

It is your right as a parent to make decisions about your child's education, including whether or not you want them to be exposed to curricula that violates your values or religious views. We believe that parents should have the right to opt-out of any school programs or curricula that promote LGBTQ+ ideology, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Discussions about these topics should be reserved for parents and families, not schools.

In June 2025 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that parents have the right to opt-out of school programs on the basis that it violates their religious beliefs.

We have prepared a letter that you can send to your school district to opt-out of detestable teachings that violate your right to raise your children how you see fit. We encourage you to engage in the protecting of your rights and safeguarding the future of faith, family, freedom.
